This interesting eglomise portrait is quite unique. It is the portrait of Napoleon Bonaparte in profile. This one has a very nice oval portrait with a gold swag around it on a black background. The portrait is housed in a wood and gilt frame with black accents and it has an easel as well as a round hook for hanging. The portrait is a transfer of some kind, as it has the telltale dots. Condition is very good, some slight fading of the gilt surround and there is some tape residue on the back.
Measurements are: 3 by 3 3/4 and 1/2 depth.
