NauticalMart SCA LARP Medieval Maximilian Style Gorget

For a long time now I have had a huge desire to make a Maximilian armour similar to a harness made for Otto Heinrich around 1520. This original armour can be seen in Arms and Armour of the Medieval Knight. I do not intend to make an exact replica of the Heinrich harness but rather one that is heavily influenced by it while borrowing individual styling from other Maximilian armours. The Project will, most likely, take several years to complete. This gorget is the first step. At this time I will sell this gorget individually however, as time goes on and the rest of the suit of armour progresses, I may chose to sell it only with the accompanying components.

• Best fit 15 1/2" or smaller neck,
