Weiler 26906 0.135" Nylox Micro Abrasive Tube Brush, 1" Brush Length - Micro Abrasive - For ultra-fine deburring and finishing of small internal holes. Nylox® power tube brushes are ideal for internal deburring and finishing applications in tubular component parts, drilled and tapered holes, and machined bores and passages. These brushes are suitable for use in drill presses and manual and CNC machine tools. Combining cutting-edge technology and product innovation, Nylox abrasive nylon filament brushes were developed to provide increased productivity, thereby cutting production costs. Nylox brushes were specifically designed as flexible deburring and edge radiusing tools for CNC, robotic and automated processes. The nylon filaments of these brushes are impregnated with abrasive grain. As the nylon wears, new sharp grains are constantly exposed to the work surface, enabling the brush to maintain consistent brushing action throughout its life.
